When in Cebu, Philippines: Tour Experience

Recently, my friends and I visited Cebu — grabe, super ganda! Four days and three nights, four major stops, and honestly one of the best trips I've had. Here's the rundown for anyone planning the same route.
Moalboal – Kawasan – Canyoneering
We started the day early, from 7:00 AM all the way to 8:30 PM, with about two hours of travel time between stops. In Moalboal we went snorkeling and actually got to see Nemo fish up close, plus a few large sea turtles gliding right past us.
Then came Kawasan Falls for canyoneering — hands down the best experience of the whole trip. The water was crystal clear, and the trek down through the falls (jumping included) was such an adrenaline rush. Canyoneering itself takes anywhere from 2 to 4 hours depending on the package you choose, so pick based on how adventurous you're feeling.
Whale Shark Encounter – Sumilon Island – Simala Church
Next stop: Oslob for the whale shark encounter. These gentle giants are massive up close — way bigger than you'd expect from photos. Quick reminder if you go: ingat, bawal hawakan (touching is not allowed) — you'll get a full orientation before boarding, so just follow the guides.
After that we hopped over to Sumilon Island, known for its sandbar. Pretty, but heads up — the water gets deep fast near the shore, so watch your step (and your kids, if you're bringing any).
We capped off the day at Simala Church. Dress code applies here — long pants or skirts required. If you forget, rentals are available for P20 lang, so no excuses.
The Numbers
Our tour was 4 days and 3 nights, hotel included, at P6,200 per person. We booked through Travel Goals Express Tours (Travgoe Tours) — you can find and message them on Facebook. Solid itinerary, good pacing, would book again.
